Zen 1660, a balance of design and simplicity

Studio Esedra joined the Lago team to develop the Zen collection, a family of chairs designed to meet the needs of dynamic, modular and multifunctional spaces. Starting from an oval tubular frame and a polypropylene shell, we have designed a chair capable of adapting naturally to different contexts, always maintaining aesthetic consistency and comfort. Every detail of the shape is designed to follow the lines of the body, providing support even during prolonged use. The generous curves and the slightly rounded edge of the frame respond to a precise ergonomic choice, while the possibility of upholstering the seat adds another level of customization. Versatility of use has also been taken into account: the version with 4 legs, glides or castors, the vertical and horizontal stacking system and the tilting seat allow Zen to adapt quickly to the changing layouts of contemporary environments, from meeting rooms to the most flexible communal spaces. A project in which industrial design and technical expertise are combined to create a collection that simplifies use, optimizes space and restores value to the environment.
