Arion, Nero and Quick Motion for training at home

Esedra Studio supported Elite in the industrial development of three indoor cycling trainers, managing the transition from concept to optimised production. For each model – Arion, Quick Motion and Nero – we contributed to the industrialisation of the components, paying particular attention to ergonomics of use, structural efficiency and rationalisation of assemblies, always with a view to sustainability and production scalability.

With Arion, the aim was to create an essential, light and foldable product, designed for maximum practicality in transport and use, without compromising on strength. Quick Motion required more technical work to integrate the patented floating system into a compact folding body that guarantees stability and silence during training – a project that won the Eurobike Gold Award. Finally, Nero represents the top of the range: based on Quick Motion, it has been completely redesigned to integrate interactive components, flywheels for realistic pedalling simulation and advanced digital systems. In this case, Esedra has succeeded in optimising complex parts, guaranteeing construction tolerances and high mechanical functionality in a compact design with a strong visual impact. Each project reflects Esedra’s integrated approach, where design, functionality and production dialogue fluidly to bring technical products to the market.
